This PC based software will save you hundreds of hours of hand calculations with precision and speed. No longer is there a need to pay tens of thousands of dollars for overpriced kanban software that, at its core, duplicates what already exists in your current MRPII/ERP package. Unfortunately, these packages do not look or adjust for non-linear demand patterns (e.g. spike demand). This creates shortages and downed production lines. KanFlow™ is designed to apply your current MRPII / ERP system data utilizing a simplistic ASCII flat file. Once KanFlow™ calculates the kanban lot sizes it searches and automatically adjusts for non-linear demand patterns then flags the user if intervention is required due to timing issues. Once the calculation is complete KanFlow™ can provide you with over 16 reports to manually manage your kanban and/or create an export file to transfer the results of the calculations to your MRPII / ERP package.

• 64 MB of Ram.

• 30 MB of available hard disk space.

• VGA (or higher).

• A Microsoft Windows supported printer to print reports. The printer should be capable of printing on 8.5 x 11-inch paper in both portrait and landscape orientations and the printable area must be within a 0.5-inch margin on all sides.

• PC-Server communication. (Some form of communication or file transfer should exist between the KanFlowä PC and the MRPII/ERP server system).
